Vitamin C offers a number of serious benefits for the skin, including:
- Building Collagen;
- Helping to impart a healthy looking glow; and
- Antioxidants to protect the skin against free radicals.
Not bad, huh? I’m excited to share with you how I do my once a week Vitamin C Facial. It’s inspired by the Vitamin C Treatment I once received in a Salon. This particular facial is ideal for normal-to- combination/dry skin types.
Start off by cleansing your skin with a Cleansing Soap, making sure all of your makeup is thoroughly removed (if you are wearing any) with help of Facial Cleansing Brush.
While your skin is still damp, use the electric facial scrubber on cleansing mode. Rinse with lukewarm water.
Lean your face over a pot of steaming (not boiling) water at a safe distance for about three minutes. Steam helps to open up pores as well as deep-cleanse them.
Apply your favourite face Mask and leave it on the skin for about 20 minutes. Rinse with tepid water.
With a cotton ball or wipe, apply a tonic on the face and neck.
Use your day lotion.
8. Eye Cream
With your ring finger, apply a small dab of Eye Cream on the orbital bone (the part that lies between the high cheek bone and under-eye area).
